List of important registers

This overview of registers contains all registers maintained in Schleswig-Holstein and on a federal level as well as directories and lists maintained by administrative authorities, courts and other institutions.

Registers that can be accessed by anyone without need to demonstrate a legitimate interest are called public registers. Information from non-public registers are only disclosed to entitled persons under certain circumstances.

Please note that not all registers and directories guarantee correctness and completeness and only certain registers enjoy public faith.

In order to provide as much information as possible, the overview also contains registers, directories and lists that are not subject to the Services Directive.
